PCI SD Card Reader For Mac Pro

I just got this from Taiwan http://delock.tragant.com.tw/index.php?p=3&prono=91485 it only took about 10 days to arrive to Mexico. i paid $67 US, now the only problem is that it doesn't read the SD cards, is there anyone around here that knows how to fix that?

i already installed the drivers from the website for mac, but made no difference.

Why not just purchase a USB card reader?

its slow and i don't want external stuff on my desk or mac pro, i do have one, but I'm always shooting for the best performance (i take lots of raw pictures etc)

There was (at one time) a multicard reader that was able to be installed into the second optical bay with a modification to install. I can't find the link, but maybe someone else has info?
