PCSX Disc Swap problem

I'm playing Parasite Eve and when I get to the part where it ask you to move on to Disc 2 I do the Eject Command and load the disk two .img file that causes the disk to run when I load it by its self. For some reason when I load up disk two when asked to by the game nothing happens and it does not let me move on. I have the Mooby Cd driver and the correct BIOS installed. I have no problems running the game outside of this. Anyone have any ideas?
