PDA Recommendations for Mac Connectivity?

I am a current Windows user who is planning on switching to the Mac (and Mac OS X, not dual booting) in the near future (probably August, September area). My job requires me to buy a PDA now, but I am kind of torn on what to buy. Does anyone have any recommendations on PDAs which connect well with both Windows and Mac, and have plenty of available applications? I like some of the Windows Mobile handhelds, but I'm worried about connectivity issues...

Any input is much appreciated!

I have been using Palm LifeDrive and just recently purchased Palm T/X as well. Both models have the Bluetooth and WiFi pre-installed in the units. I can sync my Palms with my Mac (for this, I am using my iBook as this gets to go out with me on the road while my PBs are used at home). Syncing two notebooks with one Palm can be tricky. But, here is what I do:

I make the sync setting to make Palm and iBook sync fully.
For my PC (Fujitsu Tablet), I make the setting Palm over-writes PC so that my Palm does not get confused with 2 computers.

Since I also have LifeDirve, I am going to export the contact and calendar data from T/X to desktop and have LifeDrive import the same. I was told this is the most reliable way to sync two Palms on the same computer. Of course, each Palms has to have a different name.

I decided not to go with Pocket PCs as its OS is made by MS and I have made a change on my computing platform to Macintosh, even though I do use Windows machines (see my sigs) for daily job related functions.

As far as I know, all Window's PDA's work on Mac, but you need an application called Missing Sync (just google it)
It's still a bit unstable and for me it crashes the computer every time I quit it or disconnect the PDA from the computer. But it works well synchronising stuff like Calendar, Addresses etc.
There's another app available but I tried it and it didn't really work although it actually sounded better than Missing Sync. You can find it in handago.com.
I really wish Microsoft would release ActiveSync for macs. It'd make things so much better!

Reliability is critical in a PDA - you do not want to lose any information, ever.

I've tried several WinCE models (PocketPC, Windows Mobile or whatever they're calling them this week). There is no way to sync them reliably with a Mac. They seem to work OK with Windows, however.

PalmOS PDAs work much better, both with Mac and PC. I currently use a Treo 600 and sync it with both a PC and a Mac. No problems whatsoever. The Treo 600's a bit bulky; I miss my Palm M515's shirt-pocket thinness. (What I wanted was a Kyocera 7135, but Verizon refused to activate it.)
