anybody heard if PDAnet is updating? I went to their website and it doesnt look like its been updated in a really long time. I did send an email asking if it is being worked on, but on the page with the email link, it says they may not respond due to a "high volume" of support request.

That's a myth.
Many people using PDAnet also got caught by AT&T for tethering.
There is no full proof way not to get caught.
It's a risk no matter what you use.
