Howdy,
I'm looking for an iOS PDF app that provides similar text markup annotation tools as Acrobat on the computer.

Specifically, I'm looking for functionality like the text markup annotation tools shown in this sample toolbar from Adobe Acrobat on a computer (top section below):

I have Readdle PDFExpert, which can do the strikeout to show deletions in-line in text. But it doesn't have the text insert tool. You can only add a separate text box, which isn't the same.

Basically, I have some work tasks where I get a draft PDF of a publication and need to markup the text in-line in the document, like a redline. e.g. delete these words (strikeout), add this text (insert text), etc. Currently, I can only do this in Acrobat Pro on my Mac. I'd like to be able to do it on my iPad.

Appreciate any suggestions!

To clarify, you're inquiring about a PDF markup/editor for iOS that has a track changes feature similar to Word? Or just the ability to edit PDF text?

Yes, the former, like track changes. Acrobat Pro on the computer has a text markup feature that’s like track changes in Word. I included a screenshot of the Annotations toolbar on the computer above. The highlighted tools are strikeout (right) and strikeout/insert (left). The tool on the far left (2nd row) is insert text.

I’d like to find an iOS app that has similar features. I have PDFExpert, which does text strikeout but it doesn’t do text insertion.

Thanks for any guidance!
