PDF Booklet Sync error on AppleTV

iTunes tries to sync the PDF album booklets that come with some albums and displays an error at every sync.

This must be a bug because Apple sells us the booklet. iTunes should be smart enough to skip it.

Does anybody know if this has been fixed in Take2? Better yet would be to add the ability to view this booklet on your :apple:TV!
