iPad PDF crop

I need an app that can crop a PDF. I don’t mind paying for any app but refuse to pay for a monthly or yearly subscription.

Can anyone suggest anything.

Skim is a handy free PDF editor that I've used on occasion - https://sourceforge.net/projects/skim-app/ although it's not an iPad app, unfortunately.

Thanks but it needs to be for the iPad as i dont use any kind of computer. I am 100% iPad and iPhone.
