For iPad Pro;

I use office365 apps for work.

PDF editing needs; Extract pages from PDF, Create single pdf from multiple files, sign and add comments to pdf

App suggestions ? I use adobe acrobat pro on the MBP.

PDF Expert by Readdle is my advice.
As a bonus, you get a REAL file manager (instead of Apple’s Files app - that is)

I concur with both posters above. I don't have an iPad but use PDF Expert on both Mac and iPhone and it is very capable.

Thank you everyone, I'll take a look, also consider iAnnotate by Branchfire.

I'm not sure that either one will allow extracting pages, or combining multiple files into single pdf.

It looks like both iAnnotate and PDF Expert with PDF Convert will convert documents to pdf and merge multiple files. Not sure if either will extract pages from a pdf

PDF Expert can extract pages from a pdf.
