PDF Management Software Recommendation

I am new to Mac OS and looking for recommendations on reasonable priced software that will allow me to edit and manage PDFs. Software needs to be able to manage pages, insert page numbers and do other types of editing.
Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.

It's a one time cost and it represents a very reasonable price for PDF software when compared to the other big players (Foxit PhantomPDF, Nitro Pro on Windows, PDFPen Pro and Adobe Acrobat). The iOS version is great too.

Take a look at PDFPenPro. At $125 it will make PDF Expert seem cheaper.

Yes, that's almost always the case outside of subscription software.
