What is everyone doing with theirs these days? I need to revise, overhaul, and redo mine real soon. I'm looking for some ideas other than creating a multi-page .pdf straight out of InDesign with just the actual layout and nothing else. I know I need to add some sort of descriptions on each piece and maybe resize each one to be similar in size, but what else?

I'm becoming a firm fan of interactive PDFs. You can set so many parameters to them, page transitions, buttons, links, rich media etc.

Like sending them a website. But with fonts embedded.

You'll need Acrobat Pro though.

However, whether people want PDFs at all is another matter.

I've always found a .pdf portfolio somewhat limiting due to their size. They tend to get big quickly.

My vote is to set up a simple website. Doesn't have to be great, just needs to work. Mine costs me about $25 a year to run and its pretty easy to update, etc. once you get the swing of dreamweaver.
