PDF reader compatible with adobe acrobat pro annotations?

I have recently purchased goodreader and like most I do agree that it is the best PDF reader out there. I, however have one problem with it. I am currently in medical school and all out notes are given in PDF form. I use adobe acrobat pro on my Mac to highlight and annotate my notes. When I transfer over the annotated notes to my iPad all the additions are not shown by goodreader. My question is: does anyone know of a PDF reader that is compatible and will show these annotations?

There is a program from aji that should do it. It also let's you create them.

Can you use iTunes to add the files like goodreader?
