iPad PDFs do not open anymore

Since I updated my Ipad to IOS13 (and 13.1.2 in the meantime), I cannot open pdfs anymore from the mail app or the files app or Safari. The pdf icon looks different and when I click on it I get the ‘share’ dialogue with app recommendations that are not pdf related. It seems that the OS does not recognize pdfs anymore. On my Iphone after the update to ios 13 pdfs open normally in the build-in pdf viewer.

PDF Email Attachments No Longer Viewable in iOS 13.1?

I'm running 13.1, and noticed that pdf file attachments are popping the share sheet, rather than opening a preview of the PDF. Is anyone else having this issue?

Resolved the issue. Deleting the ‚Alibaba‘ app fixed the issue for me. Do not ask me why. Seems to be an iOS13 bug.
