PDFwriter - High Sierra missing standard sizes

hello,

I just upgraded a mac pro to high sierra and the list of standard page sizes is much smaller than on my macbook with Yosemite. I know that I can create custom page sizes however for some reason with my CAD program the custom sizes are always off-centre. But the standard sizes always work.

Is there some upgrade I am missing for the extra sizes (arch d + e)?
