Hi all,

I was using my university's online classroom a couple of days ago & there has been a very odd zoom that has come into effect. As a result, I can't use the website.

I have not changed any settings on the webpage or Safari recently. The webpage appears fine on Chrome on my MacBook Pro. The issue isn't being faced by any other users.

I contacted the IT team of my university & they washed their hands of the issue, unfortunately.

Would appreciate any help from MacRumors.

thank you!

It might be an idea to post some screenshots of this “odd zoom”. :)

Sure, here are a couple. The one in which "MA203 - Real Analysis" is clearly visible is the Chrome webpage & what the webpage should look like. The zoomed in version is the other one, which is on Safari.

Thank you very much!

I thought the safari screenshot looked like a mobile version of the site, but I’ve just checked and it’s just the way safari displays it.

I know you’ll have tried this, but can you zoom out with cmd-minus.

Have you tried clearing website data for that site?

Thanks for your reply! Clearing the website data worked, really appreciate that!
