Hi, What is a good pen like input device for connecting to an iMac for a 5 year old to do some painting/drawings?
TIA.
Sam

For a kid, I would recommend a Bamboo Fun tablet. HERE is an Amazon link. I have a 'souped-up' version of this for some web illustration work I do on the side, and the company is spot on.

For a good free graphics program to use along with it, I'd recommend Gimp. (link).

Bamboo is good for kids, like was stated. I use a large Intuos4 tablet made by wacom for photo editing.

found mine on craigslist, they're all over there in major markets, as well as ebay.

Thank you both for your help. After calling Wacom customer care, I decided to go with Bamboo Pen since it's all my 5 year old will need. For the drawing app, I downloaded "My First Tools 2 Paint" from Mac app store and it's a great program.
Regards,
Sam
