I'm new to Apple. I bought the iPad Pro 12.9 + Pencil gen.2 for drawing in Procreate. But since it did a small drop last week it's like some angles don't draw lines anymore. It works 80% of the strokes but it's like there is a small range of angles (common in drawing unfortunately) where it just doesn't register the stroke or something.

Anyone has this too?

I read about some people receiving a replacement Pencil after dropping it. Is this something Apple is does? Or are they tough when it comes to things like this?

thanks

why would you not just go into an apple store, and tell them that you did a drop test on a device you needed to use to get actual work done using.

let us know how it works out.

Hi again

I simply received replacement because it was within 30 days no-questions-asked return policy.

So i got a new one now. Works perfectly.

Yay :)
