I've inherited an iPad Pro 9.7" at work and an Apple Pencil. The iPad works great but the pencil won't pair.
I connect the pencil to the iPad and get a "Bluetooth Pairing request", hit "Pair" and the Pencil briefly appears under "My Devices" but then drops down to "Other Devices" and the pairing never completes.
Am I doing something wrong? I figured this was supposed to be straightforward. Is there a way to "reset" the Pencil to a factory state?
Luckily I'm so giddy about getting an iPad Pro and Smart Keyboard that the pencil is secondary, but I really would like to get it all working!
