Penguin Icon-changing HD icon

hey, im new to macs and i always see pictures of that little penguin icon (looks like hes been put in like a box or something) does any one have a direct link to it and can tell me how to change my boring default HD icon with this one? and where did that penguin icon originate? http://images.apple.com/support/mac101/work/images/work01-7.jpg

It's part of the Tux'n'Tosh/iTux icon sets.

Do a Get Info (Apple-I) on your Macintosh HD. Copy the icon. Paste it into the icon field on the Get Info window. Voila.
