pentalobe screwdriver to remove the screws

It's not T4 or TX4, T is for torx. It should be something between P2 and P5. I have the ifixit toolkit, P2 is too small and P5 is too big, that's how I come to the conclusion.
From Apple's Watch Band specs:
Use pentalobe driver #2
The screw size is M1.2
The screws are held in place with threadlocker (Apple doesn't specify exactly which threadlocker)
The screws are to be discarded and replaced if you remove them

What size screw would you replace it with if you wanted a Phillips head instead?
I have a set of screwdrivers coming from Amazon and it has a 1.2mm which should work.
Thanks for the information, it says P2 on the bit so I thought I could quote it that way.
I guess iFixit is going to add another pentalobe to their toolkit.
The P5(or TS4) that I have is 1.2mm, it won't fit in. The P2(TS1) is .8mm and it's too small. So for the screwdriver the size should be between .8 and 1.2
I just ordered the Wiha 26794 Precision Pentalobe Screwdriver Set P1-P6 from Amazon. It's $40 but it should cover just about any size I come across, including, I assume, those little strap lug buggers. I'd also like to find some replacement screws just in case. You sneeze, you lose 
Damn. I knew the P5 was too big. Micro Center had one that I tried. Didn't know it was the 1.2mm one. So who sells the P4 and what size is it? Can't seem to find one
The one the video used is on amazon but shipping is a month out. I just ordered this set that says it has a 1.2mm and will confirm tomorrow. Also tried all the ones from microcenter and fry's with no luck.

One in this kit did NOT work either unless I am doing it wrong. The .8mm too small. The two listed as 1.2mm are too big. Based on this I don't know what size is needed so will just wait from my click adapter I guess unless anyone has any luck with and adapter that is shipping via Amazon prime.

Be careful when you order the watch strap on Amazon from BASEUS! you get a tooling with it, but it does not work. For me it is a rip off. I told them and they will be changing their wording, as you get 4 screws and the tooling works with those screws, but taking off the Apple watch strap does not work!

Like I've said earlier, I have tried P2 and P5 from my iFixit tools, neither worked. P2 is .8mm that you use on iPhones, P5 is 1.2mm that are used on MacBooks(I've attached a table of sizes from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentalobe_screw if you don't believe me). Those sold on amazon that are compatible with iPhones should be P2. The one that bandgate guy provided is also for iPhone, so it should be a P2, but somehow it worked in his video, my explanation is, since the screwdriver looks cheaply made, the size of the tip might not be that precise.
My suggestion for those who want to try, it is most likely a P3 or P4 would work.
Added: I suspect the "pentalobe driver #2" in the official document might be TS2, or P3. The only way to prove my theory is to find another document in which the TS4, or P5 screwdriver is called "pentalobe driver #4", but I've got no results from googling.

Will be interested in getting phillips M1.2 screws at what appears to be 2mm length and pan head.

I got a set that had a 1.2mm pentalobe screwdriver. Definitely too big. The Macgyver in me didn't feel like waiting or searching so I filed down the ends of my screwdriver and it fit perfectly.
I think it would be a 4 or a 3 in pentalobe size.

That was me posting in the link above. And yes the screwdriver pointed to on the KC Tools website works. No need to buy a whole kit and spend a lot. $7.63. Man those little screws are buggers though, so tiny. Here's a photo I just took of it. Can't say enough good things about the company I bought it from BTW. Very pleased and happy to recommend.

BTW I picked up Apple's recommended Loctite 435 (Zoro Tools on eBay sells a 20g bottle, http://www.ebay.com/itm/381484041509 ) so I can add my bands on 3rd party classic adapters. I can see why you need it to keep those little screws in securely.
