From Apple's Watch Band specs:
Use pentalobe driver #2
The screw size is M1.2
The screws are held in place with threadlocker (Apple doesn't specify exactly which threadlocker)
The screws are to be discarded and replaced if you remove them
See page 8 of:

Many have standardized on "TS" for the pentalobes. (Did you know there are also Torx pentalobe? They are "IPR-8" through "IPR-40", no "T" in sight there... if you meant a "T" alone, sorry about that.)
I have a full set of TS1-TS6 from Wiha, but I don't have a watchband with them. If someone wants to come by I can give it a try to find the correct size. I also have another set that's called "PL1" to "PL6" but they seem to be the same size.
What size screw would you replace it with if you wanted a Phillips head instead?
I have a set of screwdrivers coming from Amazon and it has a 1.2mm which should work.
The bendgate guy posted the link to buy it in his video
Damn. I knew the P5 was too big. Micro Center had one that I tried. Didn't know it was the 1.2mm one. So who sells the P4 and what size is it? Can't seem to find oneThe P5(or TS4) that I have is 1.2mm, it won't fit in. The P2(TS1) is .8mm and it's too small. So for the screwdriver the size should be between .8 and 1.2

The one the video used is on amazon but shipping is a month out. I just ordered this set that says it has a 1.2mm and will confirm tomorrow. Also tried all the ones from microcenter and fry's with no luck.

Think the P5 is actually 1.5 and we need P4 which is 1.2
Who knows what is the exact name and tooling to remove the pentalobe screws to change the leather watch strap? Is it a TX4?
#19 this is the perfect tool!

The markings on it read, "266 / 2PL x 40".
