Performance gains between 2017 and 2019 iMac

I currently run a 2017 27” 3.8Ghz IMac running 40GB RAM, 580 Pro 8GB and a 1TB SSD.

I’ve been offered a good deal on a 2019 3.7GHz, 32GB Ram, 580x 8GB and a Fusion 2Tb drive.

What likely gains in performance could I expect between them both. Main use is Lightroom and Photo work and Bootcamp gaming ?

Don’t do it. It’s going to feel slower moving from SSD to Fusion Drive.
