I have an iPhone 6 for daily use and some older iPhones like 5s and 5.
How is performance of iOS 9 on the older iPhone or iPads?
Is it slow?
I read one person report that it sucks on the 4S.
I dont ****ing get it; why this is such a hard concept. Just like Windows on a PC; sure it runs on older hardware but slower and likely missing a few features. Idk WTF you expected using 2-3-4 year old hardware frankly.
It's IMPOSSIBLE to support old hardware at some point when it gets too old. If you're too cheap to upgrade your hardware then you have to simply deal with a little lag.
I swear I've seen so many iOS9 sucks on my 3-4 year old hardware that is just flat out braindead posting now (not to OP but other morons who really believe it).

Which iOS 9 build number did you use for testing?
The iPhone 6 came out a year ago. They showed all the iOS 9 demos at WWDC...using an iPhone 6.
The iPhone 6 is still being sold.
How the **** is the iPhone 6 old?
What the hell did Apple spend the last year doing??On 6 Plus and it's slower then 8.4 . So was Apple blowing smoke about the whole apps using metal... The 6 plus is barley a year old and it's already slow. I'm not sure how the regular 6 is.
Well I have had 9.1 for several days. It's done indexing. What the hell did Apple spend the last year doing??
Its not like iOS 9 is a particularly feature rich release. That being said things would still be indexing I guesss

6 is fine, no difference from 8.4.1 but then again i usually never have problems, surely someone out there is screaming at their 6 right now
its not indexing, this indexing thing is blown out of the water its all everyone says now, indexing left & right & how its takes hours even days..more like seconds or a few minutes..
6+ struggles cause of its resolution, it has the same gpu power as the 6, with much higher resolution. not exactly the smartest call on apple's end to make it with such a high res & no extra gpu power..
