Performance on 6S

I finding iOS 10 on my 6s is slightly laggy, I get the odd lag when scrolling from home screen to next page of icons. Anyone else. I found the previous beta more smoother.

Not having ANY issues on my end.

Full reset or DFU restore and set up as new. I do this when upgrading from 7->8 8->9 or 9->10
Backup your photos by copying and pasting to your Windows or macOS desktop folder. Not through iTunes backup and restore.

I've been running iOS10 beta and now GM for a while. I haven't noticed any lag. On iOS 9, I had issues with the camera app lagging to load when launching it from the lockscreen.

I actually think mine feels faster. It may just be a change in animation speed but it *seems* quicker to me.
