Periodic big delays syncing photos

I have this happen once every few days, I take tops 2-3 photos with my iPhone 16 PM, and the iPhone, on power, great WiFi where it is, waits a good 5 minutes before it syncs. No messages like heat/optimization etc., just says "Syncing" but nothing happens.

Just happened again; after about 5 minutes, it syncs the 2 photos in about 10-15 seconds. Crazy.
