iPad Permanent Backlit Keyboard for iPad 10.2 (gen 8)

Is there an iPad keyboard (preferably with a trackpad) that has a permanent backlit keyboard? The Logitech one's lights come on and turn off within a few seconds. I'm trying to find a keyboard solution that has the lights always on to illuminate the keys.

I’m asking for my mom. If anyone has a backlit keyboard that could verify this that would be handy. Couldn’t google an answer.
