Permanent delete items in 1Password 4

After deleting items in iOS 1Password 4, they no longer show in the app. But those items are saved in Trash folder, which can be seen by using the sync feature, exporting via iTunes file sharing.

Anyone know how to permanently delete unwanted item?

Use 1Password's Empty Trash option.

Use 1Password's Empty Trash option.

Where is the option? I cannot find it in the IOS app.
ps. I am using iPhone5S, latest version of both IOS and 1Password 4.
