Just got my iMac Intel back from being repaired. Turned out to be a corrupt user folder so I am told. Got it home and it started up like a charm. But when I try to access applications like Garageband, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Pro Tools etc. I get a message indicating that I do not have appropriate access privileges and so on. What's up?

I repaired permissions and there were quite a few repairs needed. But still no dice. I reinstalled some programs thinking that may help but nada.

Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance for your help.
