OK. Through trial and error, off and on starting last night I've managed to get the HTC Animated Weather PerPageHTML widget to only show animation. It's a kludge since I don't know what I'm doing really, but it works.
My only problem now is that I cannot seem to move the animated weather into the status bar. My statusbar is transparent so when the weather is animated it looks like there is a gap. I don't know if this is the widget or PerPageHTML. Is it a limitation of PerPageHTML or do I need to code something else somewhere?
If anyone can help I'd be grateful. Just want the animated weather to start from the top of my screen not from the bottom of the status bar. Thanks!
Note, the tweaks above the icons are Forecast and another NC Setting widget placed there through Dashboard X. They aren't part of my question and are intended to be there.
