Persistent “Ready for your new iPhone” message in Settings

I’ve deleted old devices from my iCloud account and the message hasn’t gone away. I believe it’s been there for as long as I’ve had my 16PM (Sept. 21). Any ideas?

You didn’t specify where you see that message but I have had it, as below, under the Reset feature under General. Also on my 16PM since I got it. Just some glitch I assume with no way to get rid of it.
