Since updating to iOS 15, my personal automations that have 'speak text' portions have a spoken output that is best described as choppy, almost sounding as if under water. The speech output halts momentarily between each word and sometimes you cannot understand what it is saying. This occurs when the personal automation is set for a specific time.

Updating to 15.1 hasn't corrected the issue. This occurs on both iPhone SE 2020 and my 5th gen iPad Mini, both running iOS 15.1.

I have deleted and recreated the personal automations and selected the same voice (UK, female) and the issue persists.
Siri sounds good otherwise and when I create a personal automation and press the play to hear the spoken text, it sounds normal. It is only when it is slated to go off at a specified time that it does this. It happens no matter what time is selected, FWIW.

Very curious if anyone else has run into this and if so, have you been able to resolve it? If so, how?

Yes, I have exactly the same issue after upgrading to 15. The 15.1 has not fixed the issue. It seems that 15.1 actually made it worse. It happens on XS Max and on a brand new 13 Pro Max after the 15 upgrade, it used to be "clean" before.
