Personal Email address from domain name

I currently own a domain name which I use for my website http://www.joshua-hardy.com
I was wondering if there was a way in which I can use my pre existing domain name to create an email address from this e.g. somebody@joshua-hardy.com

It depends on who you host with, or who you bought the domain from. Most registrars these days provide email-only without hosting, and any good hosting company will provide a couple hundred email addresses at least.

Yeah, contact your hosting provider (Register.com?) if you can publish your site to their servers then there should be no reason they cant provide 1 email account for it either.
