Personal Hotspot not working on beta3?

so when I use my Mac to create a hotspot connection, I am able to create the hotspot but data isn't being accessed. Though I can surf on my phone to check if the Internet is working or not.

I found this with beta1 but beta2 this wasn't happening. Can anyone confirm if this behavior is happening with beta3? iPhone 6plus ios9b3

No hotspot problems on my iPhone 6 or iPad 3 - both with VZW UL data, via either USB or WiFi. I'm using the iPad 3 right now during this post...

Clean IPSW installs for both devices.
