iPhone Personal Hotspot Randomly Activates

Hello All,

Has anyone else been having an issue with with the personal hotspot feature randomly activating and opening the blue screen to turn on the hotspot?

I tried changing my winterboard theme to see if that was the culprit but Its still doing this.

The only way to get it to go away is if I do a respring or hard reset.

This is really frustrating.

any input on this issue would help.
