I upgrade to a 6s and restored my 5s backup
I have a phantom app in Settings
Does anyone have any idea in how to get rid of it? I've tried restarting and it's still there

If you click the arrow does it give you the option to delete it? I would do a "reset all settings". Probably a good idea anyway to run back through all the settings to get the iOS9 related ones set like you want. Of course wallpaper and wifi networks have to be set back up after you do this but all apps and data will stay intact.

I ended up having to get a replacement 6s.
When I restored my backup onto that new phone, the phantom app went away
