Hi
Has anyone else encountered a problem with a device backup stuck in iCloud which can't be deleted? The only references I could find related to problems people has while running the beta of iOS9 (which thinking back, I did briefly install). I contacted apple support through twitter explaining the problem and also included these screen captures
This one is from my web browsers on iCloud.com which shows there is a backup of 635.45 megabytes.

iCloud settings on both my iPhone and iPad is shows the same usage

Yet when I go into 'manage storage' there is no backup listed for me to delete

This is the same using the iCloud for windows application (yes I'm on a pc, gulp)

I've also tried logging into iCloud on a friends mac with the same result.
Obviously I've tried the normal, logging out and back up etc.
The conversation with support on twitter seemed to be getting the point across. They then asked me to call to take the case further. When I called, things didn't go well. Once the operator looked at my account, she was adamant that there was no backups in my iCloud account and that the 635.9 megabytes of usage was all taken up by contacts, calendars, notes etc. I was repeated several times that it was also showing a backup but she just kept saying "No sir, there is no backup in your account". In the end I just had to give up as we were just going around in circles.
So now I don't know what to do. Try and find a contact at apple further up who might be more knowledgeable about these things? Perhaps someone in iCloud/iOS beta team? (does anyone here know of anyone?). Create a new apple account and lose all my purchases in the process. I doubt this is anything an apple store could deal with and it's obviously something at apples server end.
Any suggestions?
