Hi. A couple of weeks back I noticed that my iPad Pro was showing that i’d got an unread message but when I went to check there wasn’t! It’s been like that since, irrespective of the fact that i’ve deleted all messages. I’ve also googled this and followed recommendations of closing message app, restarting the iPad, checking that all messages have been read etc. Also, my iPhone and iMac are fine.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and successfully resolved it?
