The thick of it
There's a new security update out today (along with a Safari update). I installed it and when my computer rebooted, there was no trace of the update having been installed. Normally, it shows up in the App Store under "Updates". That's what I call secure (or maybe "stealthy" is more appropriate).

That is the first phase. The original update message contained a mind virus. When you fall asleep the virus will replicate within your brain and remove any memories related to the update. When you wake up you will be unaware of the update or, indeed, having ever posted in this thread.
