Been a long time user of the original iPod Pro’s, especially using them on my iPad watching YouTube subs. I’ve not had any issue with music or the few Apple TV movies I tested.

Excietd to get my Pro 2’s a couple of days ago but I seem to be having problems with special audio. I can start a video and it sounds like the special element is total wrong. It sounds like both the left and right channels are phasing so there’s no centre to the sound stage, everything is hard pan left or right.
I can swap the special over to fixed or stereo and it makes zero difference. The only way I can get it to play properly is to take the earpods our, wait until the video pauses, then put them back in, and even then it can be hit or miss.

It’s really odd and never had this once with the original set. Is it a bug or so I have a faulty pair?

I happens constantly to me as well, YouTube is totally broken with spatial audio head tracking on APP2, this happens on Apple Music as well. Setting spatial audio to fixed seems to behave better. Patiently waiting for a firmware update.

Glad it’s not just Me then. Out of curiosity which device are you having issues with? I’ve only listened to music from my iPhone and not had the issue. Is this an iPad problem?

Had a bit of time testing on a few devices. It’s an issue on all devices even on Apple TV. Seems the sounds can drop off stereo/special when there are adverts in a video. Did it nearly every time.

Happens to me as well using Infuse and other video apps.
Skipping ahead/back or turning spatial audio on/off a few times fixes it but its very annoying.
