Philips - "Were ready for iPad"

Philips has revealed a number of upcoming accessories for the iPad and I think they look fairly cool.

They don;t do themselfs any favours by making the screen prtector grey looking on the iPad (round the edge), and where it's peeling off it's really black, that put me off straight away

Color me unimpressed. The cases look like chickified netbook cases. I'm sure they'll slap an iPad premium on them though. The other crap, and I do mean crap, looks like the stuff they sell in Walmart for $8, but will sell for $28 because of the "Perfect for iPad" label they'll neatly affix to the upper left corner of the packaging.

Bottom line: I think we'll see much more unique and cooler accessories than this garbage. Phillips just wants a cheap ticket on the iPad gravy bandwagon.
