PHOBIO - stay away!!!

I was reluctant to use this shame of a company. against my better judgment, i did.
boy do i regret it. after getting a quote for $525 for a very good condition late 2013 mbp 15, i decided to send it to them.

2 weeks later i get a email saying its only worth 190.. wtf?

i get it back on saturday and it will go right on craigs list thanks for the advice.. and yes i did tell apple.. no real help from them other than offered to call them and speak with a manager. it looks like they leave it all in phobios hands.

again stay away from this sham of a company.
