Resolved Phone App annoyance

Ever since I tried the Field Test code on my T-Mo 6s, it seems like everytime I open the Phone App directly to the Keypad screen, the actual code for the Field Test is briefly displayed. I have tried restarting the phone and resetting network settings. Is there a way to fix this?

Update: Had to resort to a factory reset which fixed it

same thing here with tmo and 6s. not sure how to get rid of it, but it doesn't really bother me since it does go away promptly, not stuck on the screen. i have a feeling this won't go away until a restore/new.
