iPhone Phone.app Hang

hello

On GM does some of you encounter a phone.app Freeze, when trying to make a new phone call launching the app and then the app is unresponsive ?

To solve the only way is a reboot.

I have this too on iOS 12.0. Pain in the butt. What happens f I need to make an emergency call, wait while it reboots? Of all the things that should work on a phone, it’s the damn PHONE
