iPhone Phone constantly mutting off

This is weird. I usually mute off the phone at nights from ncsettings. In the morning i turn it back on but then during the day the phone mutes off by itself randomly. What could be the reason of this strange behaviour?

It could be a tweak you have installed. If you posted a complete list of your tweaks it would be helpful.
