I had 2.0 up and running fine, running lots of apps, happy as a pig in the mud. Well I had purchased all of my applications during the restore 2.0 install, that way when I went to sync it would take care of everything, worked like a charm. Well all of a sudden my phone crashed when I hit the home button and was restarting showing the apple logo, well it never left that screen. No matter how many times I tried to restart it or connect it, nothing would happen, by the time I finally got iTunes to recognize it was plugged in, it said unrecognizable and my only option is to restore it. My heart sank when I realized that it hadn't backed up until before I first installed the apps. My question is, the apps I SINCE bought over wifi using the appstore that weren't synced back to my mac, since they are not in my applications iTunes list, do I now lose those and have to pay again? What do I do?

Update

Well after restoring and resyncing everything is back to normal except for everything I did over wifi, do I have to repurchase? Contact Apple? Anyone?

Got an Answer

Thought I'd let everyone know that I got my answer over at the apple support discussions forum.

Delete the apps from the phone and computer. Go to the apps store, find them again, and purchase them again. You will not get charged. The app store will recognize that you already paid and will tell you this, and allow you to download again for free. Re-sync the apps to the phone now and they should work.
