iPhone Phone Data (Contacts, Pics, Text Messages)

Is there a Cydia app or maybe even an Apple app that would allow me to transfer the above mentioned data from one iPhone 5s with 8.1 to another with 7.1.2?

I can't restore from backup since the different version of iOS right?

contacts are easy just sync them with something like google


iBackupBot lets you direct the iTunes backup but not sure how easy it is to do what you are asking

Or PhotoStream. I use iCloud PS, Dropbox, Drive/Google+, and sometimes One Drive to backup photos and iCloud, and Google to backup contacts.
