Hi, I noticed that for the past few months when people called me, the phone did not ring and terminated the calls right away. In the record, it just said such and such person called but I was not around even I was in front of the phone when they called me. Am I in some kind of mode after iOS update? How to return to normal? I am using iPhone 6S+ with iOS 15.3

Settings>Phone>Notifications>Sounds to make sure you have a valid ringtone set.

Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers also check the blocking settings there.

Settings>Focus
check all those

Thanks. Under Settings, there is no Phone option. Where is it?

Got it. Thanks.

Under Focus, I have 'Do Not Disturb' set to off. Personal, Sleep and Work automatically set to 'Set Up'.
Is this OK?

Curious, did you get this resolved or find a solution? My iPhone 13 Pro Max is doing the same thing. AT&T has said they fixed it on their end, but no change.

If I'm sitting next to my phone, I see the incoming call banner for a split second then goes to Missed Call.

I use my phone for work so this is getting critical.
