Phone gets stuck on Emergency Call screen...

I posted this in the hacks forum because I'm thinking my JB or something to do with my JB is the cause...

If I accidently hit the emergency call button my phone gets stuck on that screen. They only way to get out of it is to reboot.

Anyone know what might cause this?
