Yep. I ordered at VZW yesterday (switching from AT&T) and ordered Xs Max 64GB silver and gold. Confirmation email shows silver ship date 9/21, gold ship date 10/10 - overall order status on their website has 10/10. Gold being a new color was very popular. Maybe dates will change...... hope hope hope.

I ordered the space grey 256g at around noon yesterday at an AT&T store. Due to be delivered next Friday. My guess is that this is the most popular color/storage configuration. I bet these phones will still be delivered quickly. Unless your are using a transparent or no case I don't know why you would delay delivery for something you won't see anyway.

I preordered in the actual sprint store. I hope mine comes next week. I went in as soon as they opened.

Hope you are right. I would assume being a new customer, they would wait to ship both phones so the billing is correct. Delaying one phone over two weeks would really screw up things.
