Has anyone experience the phone icon changing colors? It goes to a lighter color...and when pressed it comes back to regular color. Any fix?

Iphone 5s.
 
I've noticed this on some other icons that seem to have a glow around them. I'm not sure if it's because I have glow dock but it happens with some of the icons on the home screen too.
