i have an iphone 11 and this morning it started showing the black loading screen with the spinning wheel, i had this issue with my last phone so i knew to force reset it. however once it would reset, i would enter my password and after that it would show the loading screen again. a couple times the touch screen has been unresponsive after the forced reset however most of the time it lets me type my password but then immediately crashes again. what can i try to fix this

Check total storage, you need to keep approx. 5% or more free.
Verify up to date on iOS 17.5.1
Look at battery health, see if it needs replaced.
If you're running a VPN, delete it & see if that helps.
Beyond that it's likely a hardware issue.
