So I had a phone replaced yesterday and was fortunate enough to get a 9.1 device. I jailbroke it and everything is fine, except one issue...

When I go into Settings>Wallpaper>Chose a new Wallpaper, I'm able to click Dynamic or Live, but when I click Stills, the phone just freezes. It seems to be just the settings app because when I press the home button and kill the settings app all is fine.

I've tried a hard reboot, but no avail.

Any idea what would cause this? And what I can do to fix it without losing my jailbreak? It's not a huge issue, more of an annoyance item.

EDIT: Disregard, found the answer. In case anyone else has this issue, go into iFile, rename the /Library/Wallpaper/ directory to /Library/Wallpaper2/ and then kill settings app. Then rename the /Library/Wallpaper2/ directory to /Library/Wallpaper/ and all will be normal and fine!

Nice!
